Strength + flexibility = mobility. Just like our physical structure supports this idea and each part of us has a task in the system, the mind does the same. A strong and flexible mind is mobile and adapts quicker. Movement and stillness, combined in the classes, both work in favor of strengthening the body and the character.
Specifically designed to develop strength and flexibility with enhanced mobility being the final result. By focusing on conscious breathing, my aim is to build fine structures between the subtle and the physical.
The calmness of yoga practice made me open up to the space where my mind learns to be quiet and still. There I found the joy and purpose of breathing.
